For just $3.00 per month, per line, Wing Global enables international voice calling from your eligible Wing Red line to supported destinations. Once activated, international calling is available immediately.
What is Wing Global?
Wing Global is an optional international calling feature that allows eligible Wing Red subscribers to place international voice calls to supported countries directly from their phone.
How much does Wing Global cost?
Wing Global costs $3.00 per month, per line.
The feature automatically renews every 30 days until it is removed.
Do I need Wing Global to make international calls?
Yes. International calling is disabled by default. Wing Global must be added to your line before you can place international calls.
When does international calling become active?
Immediately. Once Wing Global is enabled on your line, international calling is available right away.
Is the monthly fee prorated?
No. Wing Global is billed as a flat monthly subscription. The monthly fee is not prorated, regardless of when the feature is added or removed.
Does Wing Global automatically renew?
Yes. The feature automatically renews every 30 days until it is removed from your line.
Can I remove Wing Global at any time?
Yes. You can remove Wing Global whenever you no longer need international calling. Once removed, your line will no longer be able to place international calls. To remove this feature, please get in touch with Wing Support.
If I remove Wing Global before my renewal date, will I receive a partial refund?
No. Wing Global is a flat monthly subscription. Partial refunds or credits are not available.
What happens if I remove Wing Global and add it back during the same subscription period?
Removing and re-adding Wing Global starts a new subscription period and a new monthly feature charge will apply.
Does Wing Global include international roaming?
No. Wing Global only enables international voice calling.
International roaming is a separate service and is billed independently based on your usage.
Can I send international text messages with Wing Global?
Wing Global is designed for international voice calling.
International messaging is managed and billed separately.
Which countries are supported?
Wing Global supports calling to hundreds of international destinations.
Included calling allowances vary by country.

Are Canada and Mexico included?
Yes. Canada and Mexico are supported destinations. Please refer to the Country List below for current calling allowances.
How many minutes are included?

What happens if I use all of my included minutes?
If your destination has an included minute allowance and those minutes are exhausted before your subscription renews, additional calling will require purchasing another Wing Global subscription.

Will my international calls appear on my monthly invoice?
No. Individual international calls are not displayed on your monthly invoice or account history. You will simply see a charge for the Wing Global International Calling feature.
What happens if my line is suspended?
If your line is temporarily suspended, Wing Global remains active on your line, however, you will not be able to place calls while your line is suspended.
What happens if I disconnect my service or transfer my number to another carrier?
If your line is disconnected or your number is transferred (ported) to another carrier, Wing Global will no longer remain active on that line. The feature will be disabled.
How do I add Wing Global?
Wing Global can be added by contacting Wing Customer Support and requesting enablement.
