How does billing work on Wing?

Wing Tel is a prepaid wireless service. Our billing cycle is from the 5th of each month to the 4th of the following month. Your Wing Tel service bill is due on the 5th of each month, and covers service until the 4th of the following month.
Before your payment due date, you may receive reminders through email, text message, or push notification through the Wing mobile app reminding you about your upcoming renewal payment.
If your renewal payment is late, you may be subject to automatic service restrictions, such as data blocking and/or the suspension of call and text features. Service restrictions for nonpayment may be enforced 48 hours after your payment due date.
Your service will be automatically restored once your outstanding balance is paid.
Your renewal payment must be paid by the 5th of the month to receive service from the 5th to the 4th of the following month. If your bill remains unpaid by the 3rd of the month, your subscription will be automatically canceled for nonpayment, and will not renew for the following cycle.
If your subscription is canceled for nonpayment and you wish to reactivate your Wing Tel service within 30 days of cancellation, you must settle and pay any outstanding balances associated with your account before your service is eligible for reinstatement.
You can pay your monthly service bill using the Wing Tel mobile app for iPhone and Android. You may also make a payment by signing into your account using the Wing Customer Dashboard.
