How do I troubleshoot MMS on my Apple device?
If you’re using an iPhone and are having trouble sending messages in a GREEN text, complete the following:
Step 1
- Tap Settings
- Tap Cellular
- Enable Cellular Data
Step 2
- Tap Settings
- Tap Messages
- Enable MMS Messaging
Send a test text with a photo and if the issue has not resolved continue with the next steps.
- Tap Settings
- Tap General
- Scroll down and Tap Profiles
- Delete any Profile you see on this page
Once you’ve deleted any lingering Profiles proceed with the following to finalize the above steps:
- Tap Settings
- Tap General
- Scroll down and Tap Reset
- Tap Reset Network Settings, and enter any security prompt you have set for your device
