If you’re using an iPhone and are having trouble sending messages in a GREEN text, complete the following:

Step 1

• Tap Settings
• Tap Cellular
• Enable Cellular Data

Step 2

• Tap Settings
• Tap Messages
• Enable MMS Messaging

Send a test text with a photo and if the issue has not resolved continue with the next steps.

• Tap Settings
• Tap General
• Scroll down and Tap Profiles
• Delete any Profile you see on this page

Once you’ve deleted any lingering Profiles proceed with the following to finalize the above steps:

• Tap Settings
• Tap General
• Scroll down and Tap Reset
• Tap Reset Network Settings, and enter any security prompt you have set for your device
