Android: No service/No Data/No MMS/No calls/No texts
If your phone works properly after you do any one of these steps, then there is no need to proceed with the steps that follow.
STEP 1:
Check Network Mode:
- Settings
- Connections/Mobile Network
- Network Mode/Type
- Set Network Mode is set to LTE/GSM
- If this is greyed out it or not clickable please reach out to our customer support right away via the Wing App
- If this only allows CDMA options please reach out to our customer support right away via the Wing App
STEP 2:
Check Network Operator:
- Settings
- Connections/Mobile Network
- Network Operator
- Change Network Operator to ATT
- If this is greyed out it or not clickable please put in your old sim and see if it allows you to change network operator If network operators are listed, change it to ATT and put the Wing sim card back in
STEP 3:
Check/ Input APN Settings:
- Access the Settings menu.
- Locate Wireless & Networks, More Networks, or Connections.
- Select Mobile Networks > Access Point Names.
- Select the option to add a new APN. Usually accessed by a + symbol on the screen or by tapping the menu button.
- Program each field using the exact settings below.

- Once all are added, please save using the three buttons in the top right corner!
- After saved and APN is selected, please power the phone off and back on to confirm that data is working when it turns back on.
- If you still experience issues, update APN protocol to IPv6 or input both as follows IPv4/IPv6
- If the issue persists, please reach out to our customer service via the Wing app in the support tab right away!
STEP 4 (If your phone is working after the first 3 steps there is no need to follow the steps below)
- Reset Network Settings
- Settings
- Back up and Reset
- Reset Network Settings
- If applicable, enter the PIN, password, fingerprint or pattern then tap Reset Settings again to confirm.
