What happens to my service if I don't make a payment?
If you have not yet paid your first bill or have any overdue bills with Wing, your account will be viewed as inactive. Data, SMS, and Voice may be suspended until payment. You will not be able to port your number over to another carrier if your account is listed as inactive.
To reactivate your account, you can pay any past due balances immediately in the Wing app (down iOS or Android) or on the Wing Dashboard. Once payment is made, your account can be reactivated and all restrictions/suspensions on your line will be lifted. Any service that was unable to be used due to suspension from non payment can not be credited back to your account. After 30 days of an account being inactive, the phone number may be expired and unable to be retrieved or ported out to another carrier in the future.
