What happens if the phone I activate on Wing doesn't work?

If you are activating your own phone with Wing, you are responsible for ensuring that the phone is unlocked and compatible. If the phone is locked, blacklisted, or has been rooted or tampered with, that is not Wing's responsibility. If you attempt to activate a locked or blacklisted phone and it does not activate, the plan you purchased through Wing is non refundable.

If you are unsure if your phone is locked, a Wing Agent can help you check prior to your activation on Wing.

You are further responsible for the purchase and maintenance of any additional hardware and/or software required to use the plan. Not all aspects of the Service are available or will function on all phones. Any Service which remains unused at the time of termination cannot be refunded or transferred to another person.

No refunds or discounts will be given for (i) unused Service that expires after your Service End Date; (ii) unused Service if your Phone is lost or stolen; or (iii) Plans purchased that are not compatible or supported by your Phone.

If your Data Services are modified, suspended, canceled, interrupted, discontinued or terminated, Wing will not provide you with a refund for any remaining used or unused Data Services.

In the event of termination for any other unauthorized usage, you will forfeit unused Service and you will not be entitled to receive a refund for any unused Service.
