If you're using a Non-Wing Blue Network Android device and unable to send or receive text messages we will need to update your device to Wing's SMS Service Center:

To set or change the SMS service center number on your Android Device:

• Find and tap Phone app.
• In the dialpad type *#*#4636#*#*
• Tap Phone information.
• Scroll down to SMSC.
• Enter the relevant SMSC number in the input field.
• Tap Update.

To set or change the SMS service center number on your iPhone:

• Find and tap Phone app
• In the dialpad type **5005*7672*#
• Tap call to finalize the sync
