Yes, you can change your phone number any time with Wing Tel Just request a number change by reaching out to us on the Wing Tel app (Download iOS or Android) or live chat on our website at wingalpha.com.
It costs $25 plus taxes and fees to change your phone number.
- New phone numbers require a new SIM card to be shipped.
- Payment must be made prior to the shipment of the new SIM card.
If you join Wing Tel with a new number and would like to port over to an existing number at a later date, an estimated $25 fee will apply.
The account must be in good standing with no overdue bills in order to change phone numbers.
