Why does Wing ask me for more information when I order a device?

We do this because we want to verify that the order is correct. This allows us to protect our customers and their orders. Please note that all necessary verification documents must be given to us within 5 business days. No third party will be involved. The details will only be verified by Wing. If we do not get full verification, we may have to cancel the order. Reply to verification emails from orders@wingalpha.com to avoid any cancellations.
