Can I cancel my device order?
Yes, orders that have not been shipped yet can be cancelled by contacting our Support Team via phone, chat, or at orders@wingalpha.com. No charge will be applied for cancelled orders. If the order has been shipped, then the device will have to be processed as a return to Wing to receive a refund.
