How do I return my device to Wing?
Wing offers a 7-Day Return Period, beginning upon the delivery date of the order, for all device purchases.
To return your device, you must contact our Support Team via phone, chat, or email@example.com.
All returned devices must be returned in their original packaging and with all original accessories to receive a full refund. Furthermore, a Quality Assessment Test will be conducted on the device upon their return, including :
- Physical Device Inspection
- Liquid Contact Indicator Inspection (i.e. Water Damage)
- Software and Battery Inspection
Failed inspections or missing device pieces will disqualify a return.
Restocking fees will be assigned to all returned devices :
- Basic & Flip Phones: $0.00
- Smartphones: $60.00
If the return is accepted, a refund for the device will be processed within 4-8 business days of the date the return is processed by Wing.
If your device is defective when received (the device has limited software damage when the package was opened), you will need to report this claim via chat or firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of the issue to our support team. Our team will assess the situation and advise you on next steps at our discretion.
