What is a Directory Assistance fee?

Directory assistance, also known as directory inquiries, is a telecommunications service that allows callers to look up phone numbers and other contact information for a person, business, or government entity.

Additional rates for Directory Assistance (411) may apply, and calls made to 411 directory assistance under your Wing Red carrier line are billed at $1.30 per call plus taxes and fees. Directory Assistance is billed on a per-call basis.

So for example, if you called 10x in the month of November to 411, that will add $13.00 on top of your monthly service fee (plus taxes and fees).

Your invoice will show "Directory Assistance - [month covered]".

NOTE: This fee is only applicable to Wing Red.
