How Do I Upgrade OR Downgrade My Plan?

It's easy! You can upgrade your plan by chatting or calling us!

But before you do so, please remember that our plans are unlimited, which means changing plans will not affect how much data is available to you!
The difference between our plan options is simply the maximum speed that the plan is provisioned for; 100mbps or 200mbps.
If you upgrade mid-cycle, your billing cycle will remain the same, and you will only need to pay the difference between the two plans.

Downgrading plans will be only available as an upcoming plan change (meaning it will come into effect on the following 5th from when you made the request)
