What Will I Be Charged If I Send Back A Damaged Router Or A Box With Missing Parts?

If you cancel service and return your device, you may be subject to additional charges depending on the state of the device upon its return.

Here are the applicable charges depending on the condition of the returned package and its contents:

• Missing charging cable: $15.00
• Missing ethernet cable: $10.00
• Box not returned: $10.00
• Contains medium to heavy signs of use or cosmetic blemishes: $100.00
• Non-returned Internet Product or Internet Product with major cosmetic blemishes / damaged/broken / non-resalable: up to $300.00 (***any deposit amount quoted to you and paid by you at the time of checkout will be deducted from the $300 and the difference will be charged to your account***)
