How Does Monthly Billing Work?

After the initial payment you make on our website, your next renewal payment must be paid by the 5th of the month to receive service from the 5th to the 4th of the following month. If your bill remains unpaid by the 6th of the month, your subscription will be automatically canceled for nonpayment, and will not renew for the following cycle.

The first renewal invoice you receive on the 5th will also include a proration credit of all the unused days of service from the month you signed up - this ensures that over a two-cycle period, you are only paying for what you used!

Wing Internet does not require a contract, so you have the flexibility to cancel your service at any time.

Cancellation requests will take effect in the next billing cycle. For information about refunds, please refer to the
