How long do I have to file a claim for my device?

Wing has sent out an email to all active device protection customers with the subject
URGENT: Wing will end its device protection program. In that email, we provided all of the important dates to keep in mind. If you didn’t receive the email, please contact a Wing agent for further assistance.

To file a claim, visit and click File A Claim.

The termination of the existing device protection program WILL NOT impact your Wing wireless services.
